Many of you have been experiencing problems trying to pay by Phone/SMS from Norway. We have now recieved the following information from Zaypay themselves which will explain why this is happening:-
"We did some inquiries and as it turns out, the reason for the problems is something called "age verification". It seems the operators have this turned on or off for everyone mobile phone out there. From what I gather, if you're over 18 and have a mobile phone with subscription, you should be fine making payments.
If you're below 18 and/or have a prepaid phone (which isn't verified as being owned by someone 18 or up) this setting is turned on and you're not allowed to make mobile payments.
I'm still not sure when this setting was put live in Norway and if this is for all the operators or if only some operators who do this, but if you're having problems the best source of information on this is your operator. They are also in the position of changing the setting so you can make payments."
