To start your career as a Riding Club Champion, please follow the steps from 1 to 7.

Welcome to Riding Club Championships! To be able to play the game, you first need to register an account. Important: If you have already registered an account in the game, you can use that user on this website, and don't need to create a new one.

To register an account, please click the 'sign up' button at the top of this page.

Then you will be directed to another page where you can register your desired username, password and e-mail address. You will only be able to choose username once, so be careful when you pick one. That will also be your visible name in the game. Remember to give a valid e-mail address, since you will have to activate your account (see section 2) before you will be able to make a payment.

When you sign up an e-mail will be sent to your given e-mail address. If you didn't get any e-mail, you can click here (you MUST be logged in before you press this link) to have it sent again. If you still don't get the e-mail, please look in your spam-folder or recheck that you have given a correct address.

To activate your account, please click the link in the e-mail that was sent to you.

To download the game, please click the 'download now' banner at the top of the page, and choose to run the game. You might get a security warning from Windows, but don't worry, this game is safe to run.

When you run the file, a downloader will appear, and the game will be downloaded. This might take a while.

When the game is fully downloaded, you can choose which language you want to install the game in, and the game will be automatically installed.

When the game is installed, you will have a 'Riding Club Championships' icon on your desktop. Click this to start the game. If there has come any new updates for the game, it will automatically be downloaded and installed.

When you register, you will get two hours of free game time before you have to choose if you want to pay for the game. We will advice everyone to try out the game before you buy it, so that you know that your computer is good enough for running Riding Club.

When you start the game, you can log into it by the username and password you registered at our website.

Then the time has come to create your avatar and horse! Be careful when you choose, because you will only be able to have one horse and one avatar, and the can't be changed later.

You will also be asked to join a stable. You can either create a new one or join one that is already existing. If you only want people you know to join your stable, you can protect it by setting a password.

When your two free hours are over, you need to select a subscription plan to be able to play further. To do so, please do the following steps. Your account need to be activated (see section 2) to make a payment.

6.1. Log into this website by entering your login information at the top of the page, and press the enter link.

6.2. Press the 'edit subscription' link in the menu to the left.

6.3. Select your location from the drop down box.

6.4. Choose a subscription plan. If you are from Scandinavia, you can pay by mobile phone or credit card. If you are not, you can only pay by credit card. We support MasterCard and Visa.

If you choose One month, you will only be charged one time. If you want to pay by mobile phone, you have to choose this one.

If you choose any other you will have to pay by credit card. Recurring billing means that we will automatically charge the given account at the frequency you selected. You can end this at any time.

6.5. When you have selected a subscription plan, please confirm that you have read our 'terms and conditions for payment', and click the 'proceed to PayEx' button.

6.6. You will now be sent to a payex website. This site is default in Norwegian, so if you need to select another language, please click the 'Velg språk...' link at the bottom of the page. Select 'Engelsk' to choose English language.

6.7. If you want to pay by mobile phone, press the 'Alternative payment methods...' link at the bottom of the page, and choose 'charge mobile phone'

6.8. Enter your credit card information, and press 'Process payment'. If you choosed to pay by mobile phone, you must first enter your mobile number. If you are from Sweeden, do not enter the first 0 in your phone number. Then you will get a code on your phone that you will have to insert on the page you already are on. A new field will appear where the code should be inserted. If you for some reason fail to insert the code, don't worry. You will only be charged when you successfully enter the code.

6.9. When you pay you will get a reference number. Please store this in case there is a problem with your payment. If you get any trouble, please read question number 46 in the FAQ.
